Module Overview
- This module takes over finished products from midstream processing, following a logical and efficient automated flow: Pre-packaging Integration → Secondary Packaging → Automatic Cartoning → Palletizing → Truck Loading. It adapts to all common food packaging types and supports flexible multi-specification production, realizing unmanned operation from finished product to delivery.
Pre-Packaging Integration Unit
- Integrate existing vertical, pillow, vacuum and sealing packaging machines, with unified conveying, visual inspection and sorting, to eliminate manual transfer and ensure stable pre-packaging output.
- Equipment: Multi-type packaging machines, flexible conveyor, visual defect inspector, sorting machine
- Flow: Finished product → Independent pre-packaging → Visual inspection → Unqualified product rejection → Qualified product transfer to secondary packaging
Secondary Packaging Unit
For products needing extra protection (gift boxes, moisture-proof, reinforced packaging), complete secondary wrapping before cartoning to protect products in subsequent handling.

- Flow: Pre-packaged product → Strapping/wrapping → Shaping → Transfer to automatic cartoning station
Full-Automatic Cartoning System
A closed-loop unmanned cartoning system covering the full process of box handling, loading, inspection and coding, ensuring stable and accurate cartoning.
- Full Flow: Automatic carton opening → Visual positioning & cartoning → Online weighing & rejection → Carton sealing → Automatic coding → Transfer to palletizing
